Asssistance cnnected PL380g5 to SW d2700

I need to connect my pro liant 380g5 server to the sotrage works d2700 disk encloser.

 

The problem I think I am going to run into is that my 380g5 server is already live in production and there is data alraedy on a raid 1 there.  If i connect the d2700, will i lose my data and/or can I transfer it to the d2700?

 

I also am connecting via a p411 card.  Any concerns there
