CL380 Driver Issue
Hello,
I just setup my first node in my CL380 cluster. I installed windows 2000 Adv server first, then upgraded to 2K3 server. I have installed the Support pack for windows 2003. But I keep getting a message that the OS detects a device that it does not have a driver for. The device is listed as "Compaq CR3500 SCSI Array Device".
This device is listed twice in device manager. I cannot find any drivers on HP's website for this.
Any Ideas.
Thanks
-Keith

Re: CL380 Driver Issue
Hi Keith,
I don't think there are any W2k or W2K3 drivers for the CR3500. You can get around this by selecting Other and then from the list in the left pane select Unknown and click on Unsupported Device in the right hand pane when the plug and play hardware detected wizard kicks in..
If two CR3500 controllers are installed then this will need to be done twice.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
Ian
