HP Compaq DX6100MT Server

I recently purchased a DX6100MT server with Windows XP Professional preinstalled. I am in the process of upgrading the OS to Server 2003 but I am having a problem with the Broadcom Netextreme Gigabyte ethernet controller and the Soundmax Integrated Digital Audio sound. Both of these devices are not being recognised by Server 2003 and I cannot see a 2003 driver on the HP site. Can anyone tell me where I can get compatible drivers from.

have you updated the bios and tried the win2k driver?
