HP DTC16TN

I was wondering if there is a way of managing and configuring the DTC16TN on any system besides HP UX.
I have one lying around, but I don't have a HP Unix system running.

If there is, please tell me how.
Or if there is a way of resetting the device to factory defaults, and having it have accept a DHCP address, and afterwards telneting into the box to setup, I would like that one too (not having to install special software is pref'd)
