HP PSA 4250
I have a number of faulty PSA's and i need to know if i can reset them back to factory default setting. I have a range of faults from web access is locked(password not working ), to PSA reset itself back to factory name (MAC address) web interface not loading up. I have not got a doggle or any software just 3 PSA sitting at my desk !!!!

With the PSA powered down, power it up, and when the "Configuration" screen is displayed, select the "\/" (down) arrow. You will then be asked if you want to reset to factory default. Hope this helps.
