HP SA1100 - HELP!! Need Support

I need to contact ANYONE who has successfully put a few websites on one of these and has some expertise. My Web guy needs to be walked through the first couple of websites. I set up the SA1100 already - all we need is someone to walk through the FTPing - the documentation is not good enough and we already have all the manuals - I just need someone who has done it before!!

You add the domain under domain. If you want to be the main person, put your name as the admin.
You then go to users and click on add. You add the person with the privledges you want. The person to maintain it would be marked as Domain Admin. When the connect with ftp, they would want to set the directory as /web. If not, they must back up as they will be in their own user directory. This is the way most appliances work.
