HP SA3110 VPN Appliance Password Lost
Hi
A customer has an appliance server - sa3110 - and the previous admin has left with the password. Is there a quick method, even if we lose the config, to return the password to factory?
Many thanks for your help.
Gund

Hi Gund,
Check if you can open below document.

Re: HP SA3110 VPN Appliance Password Lost
Thanks for the help, but the doco tells how to reset the admin password to factory default when you are already logged in. An extremely useful feature, but nonetheless not what I need.
Thanks though.
I have seen there are several jumpers onboard the planar and perhaps one is a reset jumper as some of the 3com devices have?
Also, it is an aspen board which does not seem to be an HP board but more an OEM solution?
Any help, guesses, wild ideas are welcome.
Thanks
Gund
