PCL driver problems on PSA 4200
Hi,
I have a PSA 4200 with a connected LaserJet 4000TN. My workstation is WinXP.
Printing via PostScript is OK, but for example printing 2 pages per sheet is impossible.
Printing via PCL5e for Text only is OK, but a Word document including pixel graphics will print black areas. After updating the driver (downloaded yesterday) leads to a white area instead of the graphics or at some graphics they are very small (1 * 1 cm instead of 15 * 15 cm).
If I connect this printer using a tcp-port with WinXP built-in driver the printout is correct. Connecting the printer to a PSA 4250 using the same driver as PSA 4200 (downloaded yesterday) everything is fine too.
What may be the reason for the PSA 4200 problem?
Thanks in advance,
Manfred
