The APPLY button on the Configure tab remains grayed.

I have HP5si printers on an HP4200 applicance which has the current firmware (2.4.336). I have full domain admain rights, print server admin rights, everyone full, yet I still can't configure the printers. This on both a Windows 2K, XP system when accessing the properties. I have downloaded the lastest driver and removed and reinstalled the printers with no sucess. The APPLY button on the Configure tab remains grayed. If I setup a Windows print server I have no issues.
