Using PSA migration tools through Web Jet Admin

Using PSA migration tools through Web Jet Admin

Has anyone used the Migration tools in Web Jet Admin for converting over to a PSA? The script works great with 2k/xp machines, but I get 'can't determine local printers' on win9x machines. Just wondering if the tool is even designed to work with win9x machines.
