ilo issue in hp appliance E5460SB G2
Hello,
We have 4 hp e5460sb g2 appliances and the ilo is not working for all these 4 servers.
When we check in system management homepage the enclosure information is as follows :
Enclosure name :?EM*********
Status : Lost communication
Enclosure model , part no , hardware version ,asset tag are shown as not available.
The service release version is
BASE REG_SZ 2.1.1.21
QRVersion REG_SZ 2.02.1a.5
We are planning to upgrade the service release version to SR 2.02.1b and then to SR 2.03.2B .
HP engineer had visited the datacentre and was able to access ILO locally in one server. He had connected his laptop to the ILO interface.
We have checked from network perspective and all is fine.
Will upgrading the service release resolve the issue. Any ideas?
Regards
Ajit CK
