"unable to connect" to queue on 4000 print appliance
some of my users often get "unable to connect" as the status on their queues. This then prevents them from printing.
This seems to happen intermittently, most of the time the queues operate without issue.
The firmware is v2.3.71
Anyone else had similiar?

Re: "unable to connect" to queue on 4000 print appliance
You are not alone. That exact problem has been driving me nuts for the last 2 weeks since I upgraded to FW v2.3.71. Unfortuantely, I have no resolution at this time. Some days it runs without error and other days it's so bad that one user claimed they tried for 40 minutes before a single page was printed.
I've found nothing on HP's support and that's why I'm digging through these forums. At least I can confirm that it's not just me or the network. It appears to be a FW problem. I'll post again if I find an answer.
