ESX 6.5 U1 NCM VIB fails to install

I have a newly installed ESXi 6.5 host on our new Synergy 480 Gen10 host. We have 8 hosts, all of them but 1 has been able to installed the VIBs for NCM for ESX.

When I try to use either a local install OR web install, I get the same error.

The transaction is not supported: VIB Nimble_bootbank_nimble-ncs_5.1.0-650006 cannot be live installed.

At a loss now as both Nimble support and VMware support can't resolve this.

Sorry for the late response.  The host needs to be in maintainence mode.  If not, simply add this command line parameter "--maintenance-mode" in addition to the "--no-sig-check" you have already specified.  Please let us know if this works.
