Re: Training on how to start using Nimble with my VMware/ESXi server

Hi Marco,

Firstly, thank you very much for choosing Nimble Storage as the platform for your vSphere environment.

The best places to start are by looking into the Best Practice Guides for VMware vSphere, where it runs through the details of how to configure your vSphere environment with your Nimble Storage array. This can be found at the following link: http://www.nimblestorage.com/docs/downloads/bpg_nimble_storage_vmware_vsphere5.pdf

We also have a series of good YouTube videos to watch on this topic, a good one being: VMware Best Practices with Nimble Storage - YouTube

Marco,

Welcome to Nimble and NimbleConnect;  In addiiton to the excellent references Nick pointed out above there is a great 2 min guide at Wen Yu's blog:

vSphere + Nimble Best Practices in 2 Minutes | super sonic dog (S.S.D)

Enjoy !

Re: Training on how to start using Nimble with my VMware/ESXi server

try out vmware hands-on lab - it's free and you get hands on access to ESXi within ESXi environments run on VMware's own cloud
