Cloned SQL volumes from snapshots are write protected, how to make it writable?

I tried to clone SQL volumes from snapshots but when I mount them on the server, I can't write to them and it says they are write protected. All the other cloned volumes like file servers don't have this problem. Anyone knows why the cloned SQL volumes are protected? Thanks.

Figured it out myself, I had to use diskpart to clear the readonly attribute on the volume. Not sure why it only happens to SQL volumes not other ones.
