High Average Latency

I am doing 7 simultaneous svmotion from emc clariion to nimble cs240 and notice in the past 60mins the average write latency is very high. Is this acceptable and what needs to be done?

Tony,

You're performing 100% sequential IO on the array and thus latency of 8-15ms is perfectly acceptable; typically sequential IO is not susceptible to latency unlike random IO.

You also hitting the 100% threshold of the 2 X 1-GB ports you have connected. I would also suggests (if you can) make another connection to your LAN via the 4 X 1-GB card.
