Max Network throughput - Infosight tracking request

I was just checking my unit and noticed that I was sitting around 200MB/s which based on testing and research I've done, I wouldn't expect to see much more than 600MB/s (In and Out) with the two 10GB connections.

Is anyone able to sustain much over 500MB/s?

Why isnt there some metric on the infosight side to let me know if im potentially maxing my bandwidth? I completely understand that gets in to a sketchy area but still, there is numbers that have been reached in the lab and you're certainly polling plenty of info from the system, I know i'd like to see more on it.
