Snapshot Vulnerability From Malware/Ransomware

Currently I have scheduled snapshots and replication on my nimble. Are these snapshots vulnerable to from any types of attack?

Yes, snapshots occurs at storage layer which transparent to application (virus, malware & ransomware).

Indeed it's is a very mature technology for instant data backup & recovery, and we do have customers using snapshot to recover their service after data being hacked.
