snapshots not getting deleted

some snapshots on a lot of windows VMs are not getting deleted even with updated vmware tools installed

There is tasks in vcenter that snapshot got removed but under the vm snapshot manager, there is still a snapshot there

any idea?

I've run into this in the past with many different backup products that trigger vmware snapshots.  With some, the vendor was able to offer some insight that helped, but with most it ended up starting a support case with VMware.  Since its VMware that's taking the VM snapshot, they're in the best position to give you the reasons why these snaps aren't being committed after being told to by Nimble.
