HF20 Newbie question

My HF20 has 10G fiber ports on both controllers.  I currently only have 1G SFP's in my Cisco switch.  I've got 10G SFP's ordered, but am curious if I can use the current SFP's with my Nimble.

Whilst our 10Gb Base-T ports do negotiate down to 1Gb, our 10Gb SFP+ ports unfortunately do not.

Thank you!  I thought that was the case.  Do you have a Cisco 3850 SFP+ that you're comfortable recommending?
