Infosight - Data Set Never Received

Hi

Since yesterday afternoon the CS500 is online and registered in InfoSight. Hartbeat received in InfoSight.

Autosupport test, all tests passed, but there are no data available in InfoSight.

Hello Roland,

It takes up to 24hrs for InfoSight to start reflecting the data initially from my experience. If you do not see it populating after that it would be best to contact support to have them take a peek on their end so they can help troubleshoot and get it resolved.

Hi Roland,

When your system is first connected it can take anywhere from 24-96 hours for data to start being passed, ingested and analysed into the Infosight engine, this is because today we need a few day's worth of data analytics in order to start our trending & proactive wellness.
