Moving VMs Between Nimble Volumes

What is involved when moving vm between nimble volumes, IS vaai supported? does the backend move the vm or does it involve network?

Hey Tony,

We do support VAAI but not all primitives yet. Take a look at this blog and you find out what is supported.Nimble OS 2.1 : Part 10 VAAI Thin Provision Stun / Volume Online Non-Writable

Unfortunately data will be copied over the network today and what you are looking for is not yet in the product enabled. This is something engineering is working on.
