Ubuntu configuration script for iSCSI

I was working with a customer who uses Ubuntu Servers with LXC.

To make his life easier I created the attached script.

This script can:

     - Install and configure open-iscsi

     - Install and configure multipathd

     - Show the host IQN

     - Connect a Nimble Volume (and adjust the ACL beforehand)

     - Disconnect a Nimble Volume

     - Show active iSCSI sessions

It has been tested with Ubuntu Server 14.04 and 16.04.
