does the nimble support fcoe or just iscsi?

Nimble currently only support FC and ISCSI.
FCoE is on the roadmap.

Do you have a requirement to run FCoE ?
The Nimble array can interoperate with FCoE capable switch, the ports are not converged however so the data ports will carry native Ethernet (10GbE) or FC (Fibre Channel). It therefore doesn't really make a lot of sense to use a converged adaptor as we are not running both protocols over the same cable.
Of course FCoE makes a lot of sense from the host perspective.
