1620-24G IFNET Error LINK_UPDOWN GigabitEthernet1/0/2 link status is DOWN.

Hello Guys,

 

I recently bought a HP 1620-24G switch, however i noticed in the logging when switch off my pc, the logging in the switch says the following:

Oct 30 20:07:15:131 2015 IFNET Error LINK_UPDOWN GigabitEthernet1/0/2 link status is UP.

Oct 30 20:06:42:243 2015 IFNET Error LINK_UPDOWN GigabitEthernet1/0/2 link status is DOWN.

 

Is this normal behavior? Currently only my main PC is connected to the switch
