2520G Multicast Address Table size Limit

Does anyone know about the 2520G sw Multicast address table size? We have IP Cam network having approx. 300 cams. And at some edge points we use 2520 and 2520G. When one of them was rebooting itself, I saw that following eventlogs;

W 10/10/11 18:40:45 00290 igmp: Kamera30: Multicast address table is full

M 10/10/11 18:41:43 sys: 'Software exception at bcmMcUtil.c:846 -- in 'mIgmpCtrl', task ID = 0x5dc2b40'

I 01/01/90 02:00:31 00061 system: ----------------------------------------------

I 01/01/90 02:00:31 00063 system: System went down:  10/10/11 18:41:43

I 01/01/90 02:00:31 00064 system: Software exception at bcmMcUtil.c:846 – in mIgmp

Kamera30 is our Cam VLAN. I dont know what is the limit of 2520 sw? If someone any advice pls reply this.
