Aruba 2920-24G (J9726A) Switch not forwarding packets using Openflow Protocol
I'm trying to use the OpenFlow protocol on this switch and I'm experiencing unusual behavior. I'm using the Standard Match mode and I added a rule to Table 100 to match on the eth_type field set to IPv4. The switch matches a packet correctly and forwards it, but then doesn't forward the next matching packet, and it continues this alternating behavior for additional packets. The rule I made appears to be correct since it behaves as expected every other packet. I also made a different rule that matches on MAC address and that one works fine. It's just when I match on Eth Type of IPv4 specifically that the switch doesn't forward matching packets all the time. I feel like there's a simple setting that I'm unaware of that's causing this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
Openflow Protocol 1.3
The Software Version I'm running is WB 16.02.0012
