Aruba 2930F QinQ (BPDU throttling)

I'm configuring some 2930F 8-port switches.  I have 3 VLANs.  End-user wants QinQ enabled.  I navigate in CLI to config> directory and enter "QinQ SVLAN" and I get a "QinQ cannot be enabled when BPDU throttling is enabled".  I cannot find where BPDU is whatsoever.  I'm not an IT person typically so much of this is foreign to me.

BPDU throttle is explained here on page 143-145

Here are the commands to disable it.

HP-Switch# config
HP-Switch(config)# no spanning-tree bpdu-throttle
HP-Switch(config)# exit

The same manual alsp provides all the information about QinQ, this is chapter 13, page 341. You can consult this guide if you have any further questions regarding the QinQ configuration.
