Aruba 2930F crash when login to web-gui with AAA Authentication enabled

I have three new aruba 2930F (24 and 48 Port).

I configured TACACS Login to console via Clearpass:

aaa authentication ssh login tacacs local
aaa authentication ssh enable tacacs local
aaa authentication login privilege-mode

and Web Login via peap-mschapv2

aaa authentication web login peap-mschapv2 local
aaa authentication web enable peap-mschapv2 local

Both works fine, but the Switch sometimes crash and reboots after i entered my credentials in the web-login. Mostly when I'm already logged in with the same account via SSH.

Anybody experiencing the same problem? Any Solution

Firmware-Version:

WC16.08.003 and    WC.16.09.0001

Re: Aruba 2930F crash when login to web-gui with AAA Authentication enabled

Hi,

Looks like it requires deeper inspection of the crash.

One of the matching event in release notes of WC16.08.005 says below issue is fixed.

Event Log
CR_0000249857
Symptom/Scenario: When the switch generates continuous event logs, the switch goes down with a Write
Error Restr Mem Access message.

Can you confirm if the device running WC.16.09.0001 is also experiencing this issue.

Thank You!
