Re: Aruba AP 335 randomly disconnects and connects back

Hello @alexkosha,

Logs showing SSL accept = Fail error and I believe it wont be the cause of disconnecting and reconnecting again.

Sep 27 18:42:46 mini_httpd[23150]: handle_request: 2604: SSL_accept fail, child exit after 0 requests error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1)
Sep 27 18:42:46 mini_httpd[23151]: handle_request, 2850: 192.168.0.194, 59465, size 568
Sep 27 18:42:52 mini_httpd[23191]: handle_request: 2604: SSL_accept fail, child exit after 0 requests error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1)

Sep 27 18:42:52 mini_httpd[23192]: handle_request, 2850: 192.168.0.194, 52962, size 568

Is it possible to upgrade AP to latest software and if issue remains then please log a case with supoort becuase it might need remote/LAB intervention.

Thanks!

Any findings? It is still doing that glitch once an hour.

Re: Aruba AP 335 randomly disconnects and connects back

Called Aruba and as I expected, they tald me that I do not have active servive agreement based on my device ID and my case was closed with no resolution. So, I'm stak with same disconnections issue.
