Can't find a Release Notes file for new firmware

I was looking for new firmware for our 5406R and found that KB.16.05.0003 has been released. I wanted to look at the release notes, but it seems that the link is broken,

Are there any HPE folks lurking around here that could see if they can get the link fixed or send it to me so I can review it?

It's fixed now, at least I was able to download it.

Thanks for letting me know. I didn't want to set it loose and then find out there was an issue that I wasn't aware about.
