Change MTU on interface for HP Switch 8212zl

Hello,

How can I change the MTU size on an interface on a vlan? I need to set it to 1496.

jumbo command can be used to set the ip-mtu. I think it allows only <1500-9198>

What is command to know the current size of  ip-mtu ?
