Re: Configure two switch to use fiber port
On site A you probably have a VSF (two Aruba 5412R zl2)...this because of port naming (ports names are prepended respectively with 1/ and 2/, that's to identify ports of VSF member 1 and 2).
On site B the single switch should be what you really have.
Said so if you're trying to interconnect VSF (which is a single logical entity) on site A with a single switch on site B...and you're trying to (a) do it with just one physical link (Fiber Optic) for (b) the first time (no previous link is already present between those switches)...then you need to start with a link which is not already part of an aggregated group of ports (Trk 2).
Indeed, from outputs, it seems you're trying to use port 1/B2 on VSF side...but 1/B2 is member of Trk2 along with port 1/A2.
You need to explain better what you have (available ports, network topology, VLANs involved) and want you want to achieve (single link interconnection? aggrgated links interconnection?) in order to correctly get helped.
