Error Log after firmware update

Hi People,

we have just upgraded the firmware of a 8212 zl2 Modular Switch. After the upgrade we get the error message below. The configuration is also shown. The switch works fine but we didn't understand what that error log means? Could you please take a look and if you understand it, could you please help us? 

after upgrading to firmware K.15.18.0017 we get the following error: 

W 09/22/17 10:24:08 02581 ip: AM1: IPv4: Duplicate IPv4 address 10.34.160.1 is

            detected on VLAN 3 with a MAC address of 2c4138-cdca00 (5 times in

            60 seconds)

W 09/22/17 10:24:08 02581 ip: AM1: IPv4: Duplicate IPv4 address 10.34.136.1 is

            detected on VLAN 100 with a MAC address of 2c4138-cdca00 (16 times

            in 60 seconds) 

Configuration is as below:

Did you try finding out what device has mac-address 2c4138-cdca00 ?

The MAC Address belongs to the 8212 zl2 Chassis itself.

What's about Port Trunking configurations? could you provide us some info about how many they are and how they were configured (Static versus Dynamic)?

Commands show trunk and show lacp should shed some light...
