For port security how can I disable the port when unplugged the device from switch.

Hi 

Im currently setting up a HP 3800 PoE switch. For port security how can I set the port to be disabled when someone unplugged the device from that port.   Im using Sloarwinds as network monitoring station, if anyone knows how to set up the switch to send a alert to SNMP station after port has been disabled from switch.
