HP 2920-24G PoE+ should I upgrade the firmware

I shall peruse the links and documentation you have provided. I will initially take the safer route and upgrade my 15.x firmware and from there attempt to determine if its worth the effort to switch to the 16.x branch.

The actual ArubaOS-Switch Features Support Matrix - valid since first 16.03 release (16.03.0003) - reports those new features:

• Next Generation GUI for KB (Aruba 3810 and 5400R zl2), KA (Aruba 3800), WB (Aruba 2920), RA (Aruba 2620) and YA/YB (Aruba 2530). Other platforms like WC (Aruba 2930F) and YC (Aruba 2540) have the Next Generation GUI already enabled since, respectively, releases 16.02.0008 and 16.02.0012.
• VSF (Virtual Switching Framework) for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• QoS: Netdestinations and Netservices for KB (Aruba 3810 and 5400R zl2), WC (Aruba 2930F), WB (Aruba 2920), YA/YB (Aruba 2530) and YC (Aruba 2540) . Other platforms like KA (Aruba 3800) and RA (Aruba 2620) haven't support for this feature.
• PIM: Override RPF (Reverse Path Forward) Lookup for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• PIM: "router pim" Command Enhancements for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• PIM-DM for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• PIM-SM for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• PBR (Policy-Based Routing) for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• VRRP Pre-Emptive Delay Timer for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• VRRP Track Ports & Dynamic Priority Change for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• VRRP v3 for WC (Aruba 2930F).
• Federal Government Certification Phase 2 for KB (Aruba 3810 and 5400R zl2) and WB (Aruba 2920).
• Static IP Visibility for all platforms: KB (Aruba 3810 and 5400R zl2), KA (Aruba 3800), WB (Aruba 2920), RA (Aruba 2620), YB (Aruba 2530), YC (Aruba 2540) and WC (Aruba 2930F). YA was reported as supporting the above feature since its 16.02 branch (don't know if it is an error/typo or if that is true).

we are planning to upgrade Aruba 2920 switch from (WB.16.02.0008) to latest recommend version, can anyone please advise and provide upgrade path??
