HP ProCurve 2524 Switch
Hi
We have 4 x 2524 in a stack using J4116A stacking kit. We want to add some 2520's into the stack. However I can't work out what is needed.
I am thinking of the 2520 using J4858C's and adding some J4131B via LC - SC cables in the 2524's - would that work? Or is the J4858C compatible with the J4116A's?
Also, can the 2520's be in the same virtual stack as the 2524's.
Thank you.

Re: HP ProCurve 2524 Switch
the 2520 support the stacking protocal but It is not going to work, both media wouldn't negotiate as the are not the same. You can only you RJ45 in this case.
