HP5500 - IGMP snooping configuration in a specific VLAN
Hi all,
I want to enable igmp-snooping for a specific vlan, however the HP5500 won't allow me as I already have configured for this vlan igmp and pim:
version 5.20.99, Release 5501P33
interface Vlan-interface24
ip address 10.10.192.254 255.255.255.0
igmp enable
pim sm
#
When i try to enable igmp-snooping as well, I get the following answer:
[OCC-ROUTER-FIVP-vlan24]igmp-snooping enable
Failed to enable IGMP Snooping in the VLAN, because IGMP, IGMP proxying, PIM-DM or PIM-SM has been enabled on the VLAN interface.
How can I enable igmp-snooping for this particular vlan? Is it enough by enabling IGMP-snooping globally?
Thanks!

Re: HP5500 - IGMP snooping configuration in a specific VLAN
Did you try the command: : igmp-snooping enable vlan 24" ?
