How to do health checks on 4200vl -J8770A
Hello Everyone,
I have an issue with switch 4204vI -J8770A and there are no such log messages.
So i want to do some health checks for this switch from Cli. Please suggest me some commands
Like
> Temprature
> Fan status
> Any module or Hardware failure
> Any kind of Warning for switch (as currently there are no log messages)
Thanks for your response.

Re: How to do health checks on 4200vl -J8770A
Have you tried to gather info by performing a simple show logging -a CLI command (or just by starting with show logging)?
Eventually try to discover yourself by using the show ? which will let you find specific show sub-systems/features info: you should then be able to easily diagnose via CLI your switch present and past (pre-last-reboot) status.
HP ProCurve 4200vl Switch series: reference here.
