JL083A module not working with hp2930M switch

hello,

I have hp2930M switch received with JL083A module installed by dealer. After making power on switch , it shows only 4 SFP port (A1-A4) and 24 ethernet port in interface list not 8 port.  when we test for link , flexport module SFP port work but front side fiber link SFP port not working. as it is not present when checked with "show interface".  what will be reson. its version is WC.16.04.0004.

The Aruba 3810M/2930M 4-port 100M/1G/10G SFP+ MACsec Module (JL083A) has 4 100M/1G/10G SFP+ ports...giving that Aruba 2930M 24G provides 24 (G) + 4 Combo (either G or SFP) frontplane ports...what are you trying to say exactly?

If you used latest 4 ports of the total frontal 24 ports you can't then use also the additional 4 Combo SFP ports concurrently and vice-versa...
