MAC address showing six extra digits on DHCP server

I'm just curious as to if anyone else here has come across this problem and if they have found a solution. We have a VRTX switch on our network. We currently use windows server as our DHCP server. Whenever the switch grabs an IP from the DHCP server, there is two entries. One with the proper MAC address and one where the last digit is changed to a 1 and six extra 0's at the end. We have had the management interface changed out and the whole chassis changed out but this is still happening. Just curious if anyone has seen this and has some sort of resolution .

Sounds almost like a VRRP MAC address but not sure why it would be getting DHCP.

I was just reading up on that, but it appears that it should only change the last digit of the MAC address, not add six zeros to the end.

I have also verified that VRRP is not enabled on the switch.
