Out of packet buffer

Hi everyone,

We had a problem today in our company. Suddenly all the switches stopped responding or the time of ping was excessive (~3000ms).

We noticed that all came from one switch, and started to disconned all the port one by one until it all went back to normal and could locate the origin. It was a PC that runs a C++ based software to monitor some machines.

The problem was "out of packet buccker. Miss count: 11784644" and the switch changed the root for a starved bpdu rx,....

We have flow control and broadcast packets limited, so we dont know how could this happen...I attach some configurations.
