Hi
I am having difficulty with a POE Switch. It's a HP 2520-24-POE switch, Version: S.14.03. The operational status for POE shows as faulty and the detection status for all 24 ports shows as "Other Fault". The switch has been power cycled and each time the light on the switch flashes amber indicating a POE error. It's an older switch which could have been used for our phones. My plan was to upgrade the firmware and if this didn't resolve the problem, call it quits and look at buying another POE switch. I understand it's an old discontinued switch. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem in the past and if it can be resolved.
Thanks for any help
Gareth

Re: POE Switch - Other Fault
Hi
I have upgraded the software today and this hasn't made a difference.
The fault still shows as "other fault" within the interfaces.
I have contacted the support team. If anyone should have any information on resolving this then please let me know.
Regards,
Gareth
