Port Forwarding 2930f - WAN access to LAN resources
I am not even sure if this is possible using what I have at hand. I have an Aruba 2930f running software WC16.06.0006. The switch is connected to several systems separated from the WAN (192.168.1.0/24) by several VLANs to isolate these systems. I have IP routing configured and working on each of the VLANs.
- switch wan ip (192.168.1.2)
- switch vlan 2 ip (192.168.2.1/24)
- switch vlan 3 ip (192.168.3.1/24)
I am interested seeing if it is possible forward traffic directed to ip addres 192.168.1.2 tcp port 12345 to 192.168.2.2 tcp port 22. I have tried looking through some of the 2930f documentation but I am not even sure what terminology I am looking (port address translation?)
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: Port Forwarding 2930f - WAN access to LAN resources
Hi There,
Not sure, if I understand the stament "if it is possible forward traffic directed to ip addres 192.168.1.2 tcp port 12345 to 192.168.2.2 tcp port 22. "correctly, but PAT is something really not to be used here. You may want o implement ACL here in order to restrict traffic with port number between those 2 networks.
