Procurve 2610

I have a Procurve 2610 that I am trying to get to serve out two different DHCP scope ranges from a single nic Windows 2003 server. Ihave the scopes set up and the workstations can grab an IP, but I am getting no communication between the two. Tried multinetting on one vlan, and have tried two different vlans. IP routing is enabled. Thanks for any guidance on this. Can give more details if needed.

Can you give the topology or 26xx config +  win server ipconfig ?
