Procurve 2900 series
Hi all. I need assistance with a HP Procurve 2900 series switch. It keeps indicating a fault (with flashing orange LED) on power on self test and cannot seem to get past this stage. it is also inaccessable by serial connection or by its web page. Since its under warrenty for like 99 years etc my manager has tasked me in trying to get it repaired or replaced. Everytime i visit the HP webpage for online tech support it frustratingly keeps returning=
Any help on this matter would be very much appreciated. Thank you all in advance

Go to the HP networking support web site here:
http://pro-networking-h17007.external.hp.com/us/en/support/converter/index.aspx
Search for your switch model and then choose the option to contact support. You can submit a case by e-form, chat, email or telephone. I did this a couple of weeks ago and received the replacement switch last week.
