Procurve 6600 (J9265A) No Web/Telnet Connectivity

Hi Folks,

Looking for some Help or advice on HP 6600 Switch model is J9265A....I recently managed to purchase 5 of these and everyone of them seem to have same issue so i am thinking i am missing something........I have reset them to defaults, connected through the console and assigned an ip manually for web management but i cant seem to access it from my browser, i have checked that web is enabled as is Telnet, I cant seem to ping to the switch eithers........to be sure my equipment is in good order i tried another procurve switch and i get web access no problem..........Am i missing something or are the management ports on all 5 faulty? any help or advice would be appreciated

Make sure vlan and port interfaces aren't shut down by default. (learned this the hard way on  Cisco gear)
  What's current switch config?
