Switch core hp procurve

we have 2 switch core hp procurve and for the vlan 4 (IPTV) channels works but the two channels from sky box are missing.

from box sky to a monitor works but through  untagged vlan does not work.

they this two ports where i connected the skybox. J5 and J7.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? What is the meaning of word "Channel" and "Monitor" considering you're writing about a Switch and a LAN topology? it's very difficult to understand what is your scenario...are you simply trying to connect an external black-box IP device through one interface or what else? Why are you using VRRP? Which Switch model are you working with?

yes sorry, sky box in a interface and plug to the switch core giving the ip 10.0.2.16 / 17

ports J5 and J7.

signal goes ou from skybox and then connected to ip encoder.

the thing is on HP Aruba Switch 1820-24g-PoE (does not work) and VLAN untagged.

and on the other old hp switch aruba i can see those channels.

i am confuse with that.

not sure why there is VRRP as eng added and he had no clue.
