VLAN Data experiencing slow performance from Dual VLAN setup
Hi Guys,
Here is what the problem that I encounter:
Data VLAN experiencing slow performance due to voice vlan setup.
We are using panasonic phones (KX-NT511) and also have manually setup the VLAN settings.
We are not experiencing slow performance for VLAN voice.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
Connection from dual VLAN switchport with PHONE (tagged voice and untagged data) , slow performance for vlan Data.
Connection from dual VLAN switchport without PHONE (tagged voice and untagged data) , slow performance for vlan Data
Connection from only untagged VLAN data , better performance.
here is our config for the switch:
Running configuration:
; J9729A Configuration Editor; Created on release #WB.16.02.0012

Re: VLAN Data experiencing slow performance from Dual VLAN setup
Your switch config looks fine.
Where is the traffic being routed?
What are the stats (including errors) on the interfaces A1 & A2?
Double-check your phone config.
