aruba 2930f dhcp server and binding ip's for mac's

we have aruba 2930f L3 switch

and we have firewll and enabled dhcp service on it

 

while we have some devices take ip dynamic and some others take ip depending on mac

( ex: ip xx.xx.xx.xx  for mac xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx )

how we configer that on switch
